• Client & Production Data: Lead details, customer contact information, quotations, material BOMs, and order tracking data inputted by you into the CRM.
• Technical Data: IP addresses, browser types, device information, and usage metrics to ensure platform stability.

3. How We Use Information

As a Data Fiduciary under the DPDP Act, we process your information strictly for the following purposes:

• To provision your Pravyon CRM account and provide access to features like lead management and quotation generation.
• To process subscription payments and issue GST invoices.
• To communicate critical updates, system maintenance notices, or security alerts.
• To provide customer support and troubleshoot technical issues on the factory floor or mobile app.
• To analyze aggregated, non-personally identifiable metrics to improve platform functionality.

4. Cookies and Tracking

Our platform uses standard cookies to authenticate users, maintain active sessions, and analyze website traffic. We use analytical tools (like Google Analytics) to understand how users interact with our website. You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings, though disabling essential cookies may impact your ability to use the Pravyon CRM application.

8. Data Retention

We retain your account profile and CRM data for as long as your subscription remains active. If you choose to terminate your account, your data will be retained for a grace period of 30 days to allow for account recovery or data export. Following this period, all proprietary manufacturing and client data will be permanently deleted from our primary servers, subject only to retention required for legal or tax compliance (such as GST invoice records).

9. Third-Party Services

Pravyon CRM may integrate with third-party applications (e.g., WhatsApp Business API). Interactions with these external services are governed by their respective privacy policies. We encourage you to review the privacy documentation of any integrated platforms you utilize in conjunction with our CRM.

10. Changes to Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in legal regulations, platform features, or security practices. Any significant modifications will be communicated to all registered users via their registered email address or through a prominent notice on the CRM dashboard.
