Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Pravyon SaaS Subscriptions

• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time without a minimum cancellation period or penalty.
• Refunds: Cancellation does not entitle you to a prorated refund. Amounts already paid for the current subscription period are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
• Continued Access: You may continue using Pravyon until the end of the current paid subscription period.

2. Customer Transactions

Pravyon provides software functionality, including invoicing and payment recording, to help you manage transactions with your own clients. Pravyon is not a payment gateway for these transactions. We are not responsible for refunds, disputes, or payment failures between you and your customers. Your own business policies govern those transactions.
